Orange Wine Triple Pack
3 very different bottles of orange wine from across the world
Oniric Bristat, Entre Vinyes 2019
The perfect 'gateway' orange wine. Part fermented on its skins for 14 days, this old-vine Xarel-lo/ Parellada blend then spent 8 months in clay amphoras as well as steel tanks. It's very light in colour, low alcohol, crisp and fresh yet so soft and drinkable. Lovely fruity aromatic with a slight saline component. Perfect on its own or with a variety of foods.
Dormilona Skinne Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Hand harvested in the cool mornings from a vineyard in Willyabrup, the fruit is then crushed into a mix of amphora and open bins. In stays on skins for a mix of 6 weeks to 6 months before blending and bottling with no filtration, no fining, no Sulphur. It’s not your classic Aussie Sauv Blanc, it’s funky, textural & super smashable.
Oranzista, Slobodne 2018
Skin macerated orange wine from the Pinot Gris grape, from a family winery called Majer Zemianske Sady. Located in Slovakia, the winery is in it's fifth generation, and committed to producing skin contact wines with wild yeast fermentation, and minimal or no addition of SO2. The Oranžista is full flavored, with ripe peach and apricot fruit, good acidity, and subtle grip. Delicious!
