Made from 180 year old Verdejo vines with 5 days maceration. Made like a method champenoise but he doesn't add any yeast or sugar, just frozen grape juice instead. Biodynamic, nothing added, just fresh, zingy and subtle bubbles.
Co-Founder of the Natural Wine Association in 2015, Farid dreamt of making his own wines. Thanks to Christian Binner’s support, he now vinifies organic wines from Alsace and will try to do so with other grapes from different regions.
