Bitter Social's Oyster Shell Martini
Whilst Bitter Social were at Wander in August, they took back some of our Adelaide Hills Distillery Spirits and created this wonderful and unique oyster shell martini.
With Victoria crazy for oysters, they kept the shells and used them to infuse the 78' gin to give a wonderful salinity to the martini. It's then finished with a Dry Vermouth that has a native Australian botanical profile of Wattleseed, Native thyme & coastal rosemary.
All comes together to create a subtle and unique martini which can simply be poured into a glass straight from the fridge and garnished with a twist of lemon.
